This extended information is provided pursuant to art. 10 of Law 31 December 1996 n. 675 and adapted to the new regulations introduced with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which came into force on 25 May 2018.
And it is aimed at all those who, to varying degrees, leave their data when browsing and/or interacting with the web services of www.rossotuna.com.
Our intent with this page is to inform you clearly about how we process, use and protect your personal data, where they are located and who is responsible or the third-party platforms that use them depending on the services you will use.
Data Collection and Consent to their Use
By interacting with the Nuova Ittica s.r.l. site you will leave data (even anonymously) that will be collected by us or by third-party systems for different purposes and purposes,
such as statistical analysis or subsequent promotional messages via newsletter or retargeting on social networks and search engines.
Some of this data is collected anonymously (we do not possess personal data) just consent to browsing the site itself, the collection of data regarding your personal information instead requires your explicit consent for each service that will use it.
Below we list in a simple and clear way for each service and with which tools we collect your data, the purpose for which we do it, the duration of use, as well as the place and the person responsible for the storage of said data.

Data Controller

When you place an Order, how do we process your Data?
On www.rossotuna.com you have the possibility to purchase products and in order to ship them and communicate effectively with you it is necessary to acquire some of your personal data, this can happen in two ways but with a similar data processing, let's see which ones:

1 - Order as a Guest
It is possible to place an order without going through any registration process, and therefore without "logging in", or accessing our website with your data.
In the guest order process, the data necessary for sending the purchased products are requested, namely: name, surname, tax code or VAT number, email (necessary to receive notifications on the order summary), shipping and billing address. This data (your email) can, at our discretion, be used for advertising campaigns targeted to your interests on the social network Facebook or Google. -
2 - Order as a Registered User
It is possible to place an order by first registering and logging in to the site, in this case in addition to the classic guest data, an e-mail (unique) will be saved that acts as 'user' and a password (appropriately encrypted and protected) that will be used for the user's login.
Through registration the user will be able to view, update and integrate their data independently, as well as consult the purchase history or unsubscribe from services such as the Newsletter (for which they have given explicit consent).
Unlike the Guest, a Registered user will store additional information regarding their purchasing preferences, shipping and payment method.
This data (your e-mail) can at our discretion be used for market analysis and/or advertising campaigns targeted to your interests on social networks such as Facebook or Google.
N.B. The data you leave during an order both as a guest and as a registered user are stored in our database, a data storage service provided to us by Aruba S.p.A. adequately protected and with an active backup service for possible recovery; and will be stored until you explicitly request cancellation or termination of our online sales service.
When you register, what data do you leave and how do we treat them?
As explained in the point above, you can register on the site and place orders as a known and verified user, consult your order history and update your data or integrate them at any time. during the registration phase (with verification) enter personal and sensitive data such as: Name, Surname, Email, Access password (appropriately encrypted), address, tax code or VAT number, address, telephone and fax, plus other preferences on the shipping and payment methods used by us; finally, express your will or not to receive and therefore also subscribe to our newsletter and give explicit consent to the processing of this data by us.
The data you provide us are stored on our database which is maintained by our Provider Aruba S.p.A., a third-party company specialized in the provision of web services and hosting, appropriately adapted to GDPR regulations, for further information you can read here.
Subscribing to the Newsletter also involves entering your name, surname and email in our autoresponder MailChimp, a well-known newsletter and email management service used all over the world, also appropriately adapted to the GDPR, to learn more read here.

If I sign up for the Newsletter only, what happens to my data?
Both direct subscription to the Newsletter or your consent during registration (see point above) involves the insertion of your name, surname and email in our database and also in our autoresponder MailChimp, a well-known newsletter and email management service used throughout the world, also appropriately adapted to the GDPR, to learn more read here.
You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time, even simply by clicking on the appropriate link, which you will find in the notification emails you receive when you register for this service.

If I review a product or make a comment, what data is recorded?
On www.rossotuna.it you can review products or leave a comment on blog articles (when implemented),
in this case you must leave your name and email, furthermore the site is able to detect and store your IP address.
Such data, as previously, are stored on our database, a service made available to us by the provider Aruba S.p.A..
This data and your email will not be made public or given to third parties, and will remain in our archives as long as the site itself is active.
The need to also collect the IP address is dictated by the fact that Nuova Ittica s.r.l. could be called into question by the police or bodies responsible for
controlling "illegal" or "denigrating" activities on the web, or we in turn could report to the competent authorities any
comments with serious insults, incitement to hatred, terrorism and the like.

Contact Page: What do you do with my email when I write to you?
If the navigator of his own free will writes us a message via e-mail through the appropriate page contacts,
in order to correctly manage the request he must leave the following data: Name, Email and Subject of the message.
These data are managed and archived by our mail server, a service provided to us by Aruba S.p.A.
N.B. The duration for which we store your emails (mail messages) varies depending on the importance and type of request, on average however they are stored for no more than two years, in any case this data is not made public nor passed on to third parties.
When I simply browse the site, what data is collected?
While browsing www.rossotuna.it third-party services are active which, through appropriate code scripts installed on the site, track and collect data on the pages visited and also on some actions performed, let's look at them individually:

1 - Google Analytics (anonymously)
This is the famous Google service for collecting information on visits to a website, thanks to it we have detailed reports on: search keywords, daily visitors, pages viewed, abandonment pages, demographic data (geographical origin of the visit), type of browser and device used and similar information.
This completely impersonal data is used only for statistical purposes. By analyzing it, we try to understand the performance of our website and improve some aspects of it, for example, through the most visited pages, we understand what the strengths of our website are.
The data collected in this way are anonymous, since we have deactivated the disclosure of the navigator's IP address in Analytics (anonymous form) and therefore the cookies released by our Analytics code are to be considered "Technical" and not "Profiling".

2 - Facebook Pixel
The Facebook Pixel is installed on the www.rossotuna.it site, a script that can track and give us information about users' browsing habits, in particular about pages viewed and actions performed such as: adding to the cart, starting the checkout phase, completing an order and the total amount.
This information, using the services made available by the Facebook platform, is then used by us to create similar audiences and targeted promotional campaigns (known as retargeting) on the famous social network.

N.B. The data collected during navigation on www.rossotuna.it are stored by third-party companies that Rosso Tuna relies on to use its services, and are therefore protected, managed and maintained by them.
Place and purpose of data processing
The processing operations connected to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the headquarters of the data controller and are handled only by the collaborators of the Rosso Tuna, in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web services is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who forward service requests are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or performance requested and are not communicated to third parties, unless communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the requests. Specific purposes, relating to individual processing, will be identified in detail in the offer of any new and different services provided by the site.
Type of data processed and Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website automatically acquire some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its nature it can allow users to be identified in the event of violations of the law and reporting of these to the Judicial Authority, through processing and association with data held by third parties (the user's Service provider). The data in question - therefore - could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against our site. This data is normally used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is not associated with specific users, determined or identifiable. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, or the completion of information forms involves - by its very nature - the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered voluntarily.
Cookie
No personal data of users is intentionally acquired by the site. The site www.rossotuna.com does not use web technologies with the sole purpose of collecting and/or transmitting personal data of users. The site www.rossotuna.com uses browser tracking technologies exclusively for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site itself (e.g. total number of visitors, number of visitors per single web page, name of the domain of origin of the visitors' internet service provider). In particular, the use of session cookies (those that are removed from the user's computer when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of information relating to the user's session, which is of fundamental importance for safe and efficient navigation of the site. Furthermore, the use of such session cookies strictly excludes the use of other IT techniques that could potentially be detrimental to the confidentiality of users' navigation and does not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying them. the site www.rossotuna.com does not use persistent cookies.
